Blackout Productions stepped into the light in 2013 with their production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Founded as a wholly inclusive and friendly theatre company by Gabrielle Pavone-Clark, Lesley Ward, Scott Anderson, Carole Gibson and Janet Walker, the registered charity have gone on to produce musicals, cabarets and straight theatre across Edinburgh including Sweeney Todd, Calendar Girls, Macpherson's Rant, Proof, Steel Magnolias,and most recently Come From Away.
